Please contact us via the website, telephone, email or booking form with your choice of VW Camper Van and preferred dates and we will pencil you in until we receive your booking deposit and completed booking form.
A Non returnable booking deposit of £150.00 is required for each period of hire
Please make all cheques payable to VW Camper Van Hire.
For payment by bank transfer please email us for details.
We will then send you a receipt confirming your booking.
Your remaining balance will be due 4 weeks before your holiday begins.
Upon Collection we will need to see :-
Both parts of your driving licence,
a current utilty bill (less than 3 months old)
and have received a £500 Security deposit, or cash on the day

Hire Charges Include
- Travel in the Welsh Borders, Somerset, The Midlands, Shropshire, Wales and North Devon. Please ask us if you want to take the van further afield, and we will try to accommodate you. (Mileage limit to 80miles average per day of Hire.)
- UK standard vehicle insurance for 1 person (with a clean licence)
- Camping Equipment & Breakdown Cover
Security Deposit
There is a refundable GB£500.00 Security Deposit payable by cash, bank transfer or cheque, which must have cleared before departure. This is fully refundable on return of the vehicle to the agreed location, on the agreed date and time, in the same condition as it was let out to you, with the interior clean, including all cooking appliances, equipment and the tank full of fuel.
Drivers
- Age limits: 23 to 70 years included in standard insurance, any more than minor point convictions or 1 accident in the past 3 years may incur extra cost or refusal of insurance. 25 minimum age for 'Cleo'
- Driver must have held a valid British licence for more than three years.
- Details of additional drivers required.
- Production of both parts of valid standard driver's licence required from all drivers at start of hire.
- Drivers are personally liable for all legal penalties (e.g. parking tickets etc) which are incurred during the period of hire.
- Maximum of 3 drivers per rental
- Drivers must provide a separate form of identification to confirm address e.g. utilities bill less than 3 months old.
- Private vehicles left with 'VW Campervan Hire' are done so at the risk of the vehicle owner.
