FAQ (frequently asked questions)
Are the vans easy to drive?
Driving a VW classic campervan is a bit different as you are high up, right by the windscreen, and the gears can take a bit of getting used to. That’s why we need you to allow time for us the show you the tricks of how to drive them, so you can enjoy the experience! A bay window Camper will also always be easier to drive than a Splitscreen.
Where can we go?
The vehicles are for use in Wales, Shropshire, The Cotswold's or The Midlands. If you want to go further afield, or you live in Hereford and want to go elsewhere, please ask us and we can arrange a Camper Van for you.
What happens if we break down?
The vans have full breakdown cover, come with a spares package and jumper cables so hopefully any problems will be fixed on the spot. If not, if we can provide you with a replacement vehicle we will, otherwise if you are without the van for part of your holiday, we will refund you the hire costs on a pro-rata basis.
Can you arrange to collect us from the Local Train/Bus Station?
We can collect you from Hereford Train or Bus station at no extra cost.
Both Stations are very well fed from the rest of the uk.
Can you deliver the van to us?
We don’t usually, but are happy to quote for it if required.
Can we hire out the vans for the day for corporate events?
Yes, assuming we have availability. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Can I hire your campervan for a birthday party?
Yes, we cover birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and any other events you might like to think up! Contact us for details of what you want and what we can offer.
